This is a therapeutic exercise I used while I was walking home this morning. Remember to read it with slow, deep, even breaths in a calm, happy tone.

List of good things about having sand, gravel and little pieces of glass in your shoe:
- It doesn't do nearly as much damage to the bottom of your foot as you might think.
- The gravel and rocks actually keep the glass from cutting anything, be it your foot or your shoe
- It's relatively easy to remove said mixture, as it doesn't stick.
- It sort of looks like glitter.

List of good things about being "let go" after only two weeks at a job:
- I get a day off, paid!
- I don't have to inventory books anymore.
- I get to keep the books I was borrowing.
- I made enough to meet my goal for the month for putting away money for my mission!

I might come up with some more later. But right now, that's all I can think of.
Considering, though, I think I've done pretty well.
